  Workplace bullying is an activity undertaken by an individual or a group of individuals to repeatedly harm 1 or more individuals. The person who is bullied is often seen to be hesitant about reporting bullying. Reporting hesitation is mainly caused because there is always a threat that the extent of bullying will be increased if the bully gets to know that the he is being reported. There can be many other reasons such as  1. Fear of complaint being ignored by the management or authorities. 2. Fear of being considered as a week personality. 3. Trying not to make an offence against bully as they fear that bully might get angry at them and will increase the extent of bullying. It is often seen at workplaces that the victims are being bullied even beyond the original incident, when the management ignores the complaint against the bully.
